Rooster Energy Ltd. is engaged in the oil and gas exploration business through its wholly owned subsidiaries.
Rooster Energy, LLC, a Louisiana limited liability company, is the sole member of Rooster Oil & Gas, LLC, and Rooster Petroleum, LLC.
Rooster Oil & Gas, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, that owns interest in various oil and gas properties as does its affiliate, Probe Resources US Ltd., a Nevada corporation.
Rooster Petroleum, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, does not own any properties but operates and manages the properties and business of its affiliates.
Prior to April 27, 2012, Rooster Energy Ltd. was known as Probe Resources Ltd. The name change reflects the change in direction and management resulting from the acquisition of Rooster Energy, LLC, in a transaction effective April 30, 2012.
